Based on PRINCE2 methodology, we tailored the processes to ensure that we can execute projects that meet the metrics of scope, schedule, cost, quality. We especially emphasise on two principles of PRINCE2 - Manage by Stages, and Manage by Exceptions. They allow us to manage deliverables in a step-by-step manner, and to escalate issues and risks quickly for the project board to make informed decisions.
